01. Scope
Introduction
Welcome to Evolution Podiatry. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Evolution Podiatry’s Services. By accessing this website and booking an appointment, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
02. Access
Use of Our Services
Patients must provide accurate personal information when booking appointments. Evolution Podiatry reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who provides false information or behaves in an abusive or threatening manner toward our staff or other patients.
Our clinical services are provided by HCPC-registered podiatrists. We strive to provide the highest standard of evidence-based care; however, clinical outcomes can vary and are not guaranteed.
Users of our digital platforms agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material on our website for any commercial purpose without express written consent from Evolution Podiatry.
03. Policies
Appointments & Cancellations
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so, or a non-attendance
without notice, may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled appointment. We understand that emergencies happen, and these will be considered on an individual basis.
04. Finance
Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed for insurance-funded patients. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Invoices for self-funding patients will be issued immediately. For insured patients, any shortfall in payment from your insurer remains your responsibility and must be settled within 14 days of notification.
05. Security
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is critical to us. We collect and store patient records in accordance with GDPR and relevant medical record retention guidelines. Clinical notes, diagnostic images (such as gait analysis videos), and personal data are stored securely. For full details on how we handle your information, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy page.
06. Legal
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolution Podiatry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our clinical or digital services.
07. Updates
Changes to These Terms
Evolution Podiatry reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. By using our services, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing the use of our services.
