When to seek urgent help
Please seek urgent medical help if you have severe pain after an injury, cannot walk, notice sudden deformity, have spreading redness, fever, pus, a deep wound or signs of infection.
If you have diabetes and develop foot pain, a wound, skin colour change, swelling, warmth, redness or signs of infection, seek prompt medical advice.
