Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
Your appointment time is valuable and has been reserved exclusively for you at Evolution Podiatry. We understand that sometimes, unexpected circumstances can arise, and you may need to change your plans.
To ensure we can manage our schedule effectively and offer appointments to all our patients in a timely manner, we operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
Our Policy
- We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full fee for the scheduled consultation.
- If you fail to attend your appointment without providing any prior notice (a 'no-show'), you will also be charged the full fee for the missed consultation.
Why We Have This Policy
Late cancellations and missed appointments mean that other patients, who may be in pain or require urgent care, are unable to be seen. By providing adequate notice, you allow us to offer your appointment slot to someone else.
This policy helps us to run an efficient clinic and provide the best possible service to all our patients.

Please ensure you receive confirmation from us that your cancellation or rescheduling request has been received.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment time may have to be shortened to ensure our subsequent patients are not kept waiting. The full fee for the originally scheduled appointment duration will still apply.
